How do I reserve the Xcaret Parks and Tours?
You can do it by emailing: hxagservice@hotelxcaret.com – they will send you a PDF form to fill out to pick which parks and tours you would like to do. If you would like to join in on the party boat experience (Xoximilco) which we plan to do 2 days before the wedding, please reach out to us. If you want to join us in any other parks/tours, please refer to our schedule (coming soon).

XOXIMILCO
The best Mexican party in Cancun is waiting for you. Tour on a Mexican gondola by the park’s canals while dancing to live music, and enjoying a traditional dinner and open bar.
This park requires a reservation. Please RSVP for this event here on our site and we will add you to our reservation! We are planning to do this on Nov 24th hopefully at 6:10pm.
Otherwise, it is all Inclusive and open Monday to Saturday with 2 pick-up times: 3:20pm and 6:10pm.
XENOTES
Get surrounded by nature on an exclusive tour for reduced groups. Discover four beautiful cenotes and have different activities on each one, such as assisted rappel, zip-lines, or kayak.

Xcaret Mexico
Immerse yourself in the largest Natural Wonder in the world, an inlet where you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited snorkeling in one of the best water parks in Riviera Maya. In addition, its mangroves, rivers, cenotes and jungle trails will leave you completely overwhelmed by its indescribable beauty.
Walk or bike through the trails of the jungle of this natural wonder of Mexico. Enjoy a whole day snorkeling in the cove and in the river, and enjoy the view from the Scenic Lighthouse before descending into a natural pool.
Transportation to the water park from the hotel leaves at 9 am and drops you off until 6 pm. If you want to return to the hotel earlier, you will have to take a taxi, which will cost around $40.

This park does not require a reservation. Get onboard the shuttle and visit it as many times as you want.

XEL-HÁ

This park is packed with adrenaline-pumping activities such as ziplining over a forest, hammock splash, cave adventures, driving a humvee through caves, rafting, and other fun activities. Swim or paddle a raft through rivers below the surface, drive an amphibious vehicle, and take an unparalleled underground expedition.

XPLOR FUEGO – Night Time Only
Xplor Fuego is the only unlimited nighttime adventure in the Riviera Maya and Cancun, an outstanding park that opens as the sun goes down for you to live an evening full of emotions and fantastic moments. Be part of an adventure full of adrenaline while exploring the jungle at night! At nightfall, when the jungle comes to life, let the torches light your way to an unforgettable adventure through the park’s trails.
Drive amphibious vehicles through torch-lit paths, paddle with your own hands along “lava” rivers, and fly through the fire on the highest zip-lines of the Riviera Maya, flying above the trees in the middle of the night.

XENSES
A park in Playa del Carmen where nothing is what it seems
Rediscover your senses at Xenses, the only half-day park in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. Feel like a bird on the Bird Flight zip-line or slide in the fast waterslide that leads into a cavern. You’ll question reality when you visit Town, where you don’t know if you’re going up or down, if up is down or down is up, and let your senses guide you in Xensatorium, a cavern in pitch black darkness that houses all the ecosystems of the planet. XAVAGE
At Xavage Park choose between six activities to show your skills. In these adventure tour you will paddle a kayak along two circuits of canals, climb a Ropes Course with different levels of adventure and obstacles or fly through a zip-line in a horizontal position to enjoy the view from above. Board a Jet Boat that will take unpredictable turns, drive an all-terrain vehicle by unusual paths, and team up through whitewater rapids.

XAILING: Isla Mujeres
Get to know Isla Mujeres with Xcaret Xailing! If you are looking to get to know this beautiful Caribbean island at your own pace, you can purchase a ferry ticket to Isla Mujeres, and get access to the best view from the top of the Cancun Scenic Tower.
Spend unforgettable moments aboard modern catamarans that include snorkeling tours and have a great time enjoying a beach club on the island. You will have the opportunity to visit downtown Isla Mujeres and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch

XICHEN
Surrounded by jungle and mystery, the most famous archaeological sites in the Mayan world are waiting for you to reveal their secrets. Let the expert guides take you through the remains of the most enigmatic civilization: the Maya.
Discover why you can hear the call of a quetzal bird at the Pyramid of Kukulcán in Chichén Itzá, climb the highest pyramid of Yucatan at Cobá, or admire the frescoes in the walled city of Tulum, where you can take spectacular pictures of its remains framed by the sea.
Xichén provides all-inclusive tours to Chichén Itzá the main mayan cities in comfortable panoramic buses, with lunch, entrance tickets to the archaeological site of your choice, and even the chance to see beautiful cenotes closes to Chichén Itzá.
